What you get when you buy Contract assurance.
Last updated 16 October 2026.
What you are buying
A licence to install and use Contract assurance, a plugin for Claude Code that files your contracts, orders, delivery records, invoices and cash records, reads your contracts, and reconciles them on your own computer. It is an annual licence, at the price shown. Our prices are set before tax. At checkout, Stripe Tax adds any VAT or sales tax due, worked out from your billing address. If you buy for a business and give its tax number, the reverse charge applies and no tax is added. You can pay for the year in full, in advance. That costs at least 15% less than 12 monthly instalments. Or you can pay in 12 monthly instalments, each invoiced in advance. If you choose instalments, you owe the whole year once the licence starts. Stopping the instalments doesn't cancel what's owed.
- One seat. One person, on one computer at a time.
- The seat moves. Install on a new computer and move the seat there from its dashboard. A code sent to the email address you bought with confirms the move, and the computer that held the seat stops when it next checks in.
- For as long as you like. The software does not expire. Your copy keeps working, at the version it is entitled to, whether or not you ever pay again, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow.
Who can buy
You can buy Contract assurance if you live in, or your company is incorporated in, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland or the United States. Contract assurance asks where before you buy, and won't sell anywhere else. If your company has branches or subsidiaries in the Gulf, you may use Contract assurance for their work too. Your company buys the licence and holds it.
It reads amounts in each document's own currency, including the Gulf currencies with three decimal places. If a late-fee clause is written only in Arabic, it doesn't read whether the fee is on the net or the gross, and the finding says so.
Trying it first
You can use Contract assurance free for fourteen days from the first time you use it, with nothing to pay and no card asked for. When the trial ends it stops until you buy.
Updates
Your licence includes every update while it is paid up. New versions arrive on their own. Each instalment you pay moves your updates on a month. A year paid in full moves them on twelve months. If an instalment is missed, or the year ends, your copy keeps working exactly as it does that day, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow. New versions stop arriving, security fixes included, and Contract assurance shows a notice saying it is missing security and product updates. Reaching the dashboard from your phone stops too, because it runs for as long as updates do. When you pay what's owed, your copy gets the updates it missed.
A licence bought once, before annual licences began, keeps its twelve months of updates, and then you can move to an annual licence. Your licence renews into the next year by default, paid the same way. You can turn renewal off in the licence panel on your dashboard before the year ends. While card payments aren't open, renewal sends you an invoice. It never charges a card, and we keep no card on file. Paying early adds to the date your updates already run to. If a fix has to reach every copy, such as a security problem or a change in Claude Code that stops Contract assurance loading, we may deliver it to a copy bought once whose updates have ended.
What Contract assurance does
You put documents in its folder. It files each one into its place in the contract-to-cash cycle and sets aside what it cannot place. Claude, in your own session, reads your contracts and records each term with the clause it came from. Then an engine inside Contract assurance, which follows fixed rules, matches contracts, orders, deliveries, invoices and cash. It reports where two of them disagree, with the rule, the clause and the documents behind each finding. The aim is that your records arrive at your accountant organised and already checked against each other.
What Contract assurance does not do
- It gives no opinion. A report from the Contract assurance plugin is not an audit, a review or any other form of assurance, and it is not accounting, legal or tax advice. A finding says that two of your documents disagree and by how much. Whether money is owed, and whether to pursue it, are decisions for you and your advisers.
- It does not act for you. It never contacts your customers, issues an invoice, credit note or demand, or changes your accounting system. It works only on the documents you put in its folder.
- It does not guess. A contract term is recorded only when the contract states it, with the clause it came from. Where a contract says nothing about a term, that is recorded. A finding it cannot value is left out and not estimated, and each report names what it could not assess.
- It does not confirm its own reading. The terms read from a contract stay unverified until you confirm them, and findings that rest on unverified terms are marked for review.
- Finding nothing doesn't mean all is well. If you supplied no bank statements, for example, the report says the cash leg was not assessed.
Claude reads the documents. Contract assurance's engine works out every amount. Check its findings against your records before you rely on them or act on them.
It uses your own Claude subscription
Contract assurance is a plugin for Claude Code and runs on the Claude plan you already have. That plan is not included in the price, and Anthropic's own terms and usage limits apply to it. Reading documents uses your plan's allowance. Contract assurance is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
What you may not do
You may not copy, share, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute Contract assurance or any part of it, including the licence file inside your copy. You may not remove or work around the licence check. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that the law where you live allows this regardless of these terms.
You may change the instructions Contract assurance's agents follow, for your own use of Contract assurance. You may not change Contract assurance, or any part of it, so that it does work another Polyglyph Analytica product does, or uses a feature, rule pack or capability your licence doesn't include. If a copy has been changed in this way, its check fails and it stops working, and we don't support it. Restoring the copy we supplied makes it work again. The licence check tells us whether your copy has been changed. It never sends what you changed.
Refunds
You can get a full refund of a licence year within 30 days of its start. After that the year stands. The refund policy has the whole of it.
At checkout you agree to these terms. If you're buying as a consumer, you keep your 14-day right to cancel, even after you've downloaded Contract assurance.
No warranty
Contract assurance is provided as is. Polyglyph Analytica does not promise that it will find every discrepancy in your records, that its findings are right for your circumstances, or that it is free of errors; its findings are yours, or your accountant's, to check. To the extent the law allows, Polyglyph Analytica is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including a decision to pursue or not to pursue an amount it reports.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in them takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
Your data
Your documents, and everything Contract assurance works out from them, stay on your computer. What leaves it, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
The terms on this page on the day you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. If they change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a licence already bought.
