Files the check refused before anything read them, each with its reason. It refuses a program, a macro, a PDF that runs something, an archive that climbs out of its folder, and an empty file. Nothing opens them, here or in Claude. It is a check for active content, not an antivirus. Taking one out, discarding it or asking for another copy is your act, at this computer only, and is recorded.

Contract readings
Claude reads each contract and proposes its terms. Findings from a contract stay “review” until you have checked its reading against the contract and signed it here with your passkey. A change to any of its terms after that puts it back to “review”. Only you can sign; the command line and Claude cannot.

When the agent, the contract reader, read it, the code checks the reading and the agent, the revenue assurance coordinator, signs that check. Signing stays off until both check out. A disagreement comes to you as one decision.
